Making an appointment ws pretty difficult - there wern't any available for nearly two weeks. However, the 111 NHS service managed to get an evening appointment for me, for which I was most grateful. Apparently, if the surgery phone is constantly engaged - as it is from around 8.15am - it is possible to leave a message for a "call back".

Fantastic GP surgery which serves the community very well. Great doctors who are supported extremely efficiently by back-office staff who are always pleasant and courteous!

I think this is an excellent practice. Dr Bhatia is always very positive and I always feel confident that she has my best interests at heart. She always explains to me exactly how she is going to treat any problems I have and I always feel that she has formulated a good approach to dealing with my illness. She is also a very good 'listener' and this enables me to fully explain my problems without feeling inhibited. The surgery is light and welcoming and she is always on time in dealing with her patients. In conclusion I feel that this is a first class practice. Finally of course she has been a GP for some time and I always feel confident that she has seen it all before

After I'd seen the doctor, I was able to arrange an appointment within 2 days for blood tests, and then I was easily able to arrange an appointment for a follow-up visit to today's meeting.
